If you order goods from outside Hong Kong, once your goods reach their destination, import duties and taxes may be incurred. We are not responsible for such expenses, and we undertake not to make any calculations or estimates in this regard. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. If you are buying goods internationally, it is recommended that you contact your local customs department for more detailed information about fees and procedures. As a purchaser of goods, you will also become an importer of records, so you should ensure that your purchase fully complies with the laws of the country where the goods are imported. Please note that for customs purposes, the goods may be inspected upon arrival at the port, and we cannot guarantee that your product packaging will not be tampered with.
If import duties and taxes are incurred, you will not receive the package until the fee is paid. If you do not pay, the package will be detained by your local customs for approximately 3 weeks. After that, if you have not paid, the package will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these fees and the additional postage returned. Since the goods will be returned to us, we will refund your order, but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Please note that we are not responsible for refunding any import duties and taxes that may result from your order.
wrong address
If we do not have the correct information, we will not be responsible for the wrong delivery address. If the shipping information provided is incorrect, any reprocessed orders will be charged extra. If the order is cancelled after shipment, these fees will be deducted from the refund.

If we think it is more appropriate, we reserve the right to change the shipping method to certain destinations, and reserve the right to change the shipping method indicated on the order if we think it is necessary.
